I began my leadership journey in student politics as the Organizing Secretary of Madaripur District Chhatra League in 2017. Since then, I have remained committed to promoting the values of youth empowerment, education, and community service through structured political and social engagement.

My passion for youth leadership expanded through national and international platforms like JCI (Junior Chamber International). I currently serve as the Executive Vice President (EVP) of JCI Bangladesh, following successive roles as Vice President and President of JCI Dhaka Young. 

Previously, I served as the President of the Rotaract Club of Shyamoli-Dhaka (2012–13) and held district-level roles including District Secretary and Additional District Rotaract Representative (2017–18) in Rotaract District 3281 Bangladesh, strengthening my involvement in youth-driven service initiatives.

Professionally, I am the Managing Director of Green Construction Limited, a company I’ve led since 2013. Through this role, I’ve contributed to sustainable infrastructure development and local economic advancement.
